Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Tande uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage and app SDKs, and how you can control them.
How we use cookies
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work, for example to remember your language and your cookie choices. These do not need consent and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it, including anonymous session recordings that replay clicks, scrolling and page views. Used only with your consent.
- Marketing — measure our campaigns and show you relevant Tande content on other platforms. Used only with your consent.

Analytics cookies are only set after you allow them. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), and never use it to identify you or for advertising. With your consent, PostHog also records anonymous session replays: how the page looked and where you clicked, scrolled and moved. Anything you type into forms, such as your email address, is masked and never recorded. Recordings are deleted automatically after the retention period of our PostHog plan. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and recording immediately and delete these cookies. We do not currently use marketing cookies on this website.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how the site works.
In the Tande app
The mobile app uses SDKs for essential functions such as sign-in, purchases and crash reporting. Optional analytics in the app are used only with your permission, which you can manage in the app settings and, on iOS, in the system tracking settings.
