Who can use Tande

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep only one personal account.

Not medical advice

Tande provides general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have a history of eating disorders. Stop exercising immediately and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk and are responsible for choosing exercises and loads that suit you.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and let us know immediately at support@tande.app if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Tande offers free features and optional paid subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• Deleting the app or your Tande account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
• If we change prices, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days. When you purchase a subscription and ask for the service to start immediately, you agree that it begins within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, or as otherwise permitted by law. Requests for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google.

Acceptable use

When using Tande you agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload content that is illegal, offensive or that you have no right to share;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with Tande or its security;
• resell, sublicense or use Tande to build a competing product;
• misuse SI features to generate harmful content.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you add to Tande, such as logs, notes and photos. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide and improve Tande for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

Tande, including its software, design, workouts, texts and brand, belongs to DELTOK TECHNOLOGIES d.o.o. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tande for your own non-commercial purposes while these Terms apply.

SI features

Recommendations generated by SI can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgement and do not rely on them for health decisions. You are responsible for how you use SI output.

Changes to Tande

We continuously improve Tande and may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel your subscription.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Tande and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, after giving notice where reasonable.

Liability

Tande is provided with reasonable care and skill. Consumers keep all statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance in the app or by email. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the changes take effect.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts there. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first — please contact us.
